Operations Manager Winnipeg Automation

Lead industrial automation operations in Winnipeg through workflow management, process improvement, and quality assurance at Celco Automation.Reporting to the President, the Operations Manager oversees order flow across Celco operations. You will coordinate departments, address scheduling issues, and maintain engineering and production commitments. The role spans order entry, design and engineering, integration, quality control, and shipment.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate work movement between departments and maintain production schedulesImprove workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and shorten cycle timesMaintain Celco’s quality assurance and QMS programsMonitor resources, budgets, project progress, and operational activitiesSupport staffing, project coordination, and continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:
Minimum five years’ progressive operations or manufacturing management experienceExperience in industrial automation, controls, electrical, or related industriesExperience in custom manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of control panels, PLC systems, equipment, and automation projectsUnderstanding of scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and cost controlBring operational leadership, quality management, and manufacturing process expertise to Celco Automation’s Winnipeg team.
