Engineering Leader for Autodesk GET

Autodesk

Drive innovation as a Software Development Manager at Autodesk’s Growth Experience Technology team. Lead a high-performing group to enhance customer account experiences post-purchase. In this role, you will oversee and nurture a dedicated engineering team focused on building essential customer-facing platforms. Your leadership will direct technical strategies, hiring, mentoring, and developing innovative solutions to enhance subscription management and personalization. Collaborate closely with product and architecture teams to translate business goals into actionable technical directives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team
Foster an inclusive, collaborative engineering culture
Manage performance, career growth, and onboarding
Drive execution of quarterly and multi-quarter initiatives
Communicate project progress and manage risks clearly

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master's in Computer Science or related field
10+ years in software engineering, 2-4 years in leadership
Proficient in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and AWS
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
