Senior Software Developer in Test at QNX

Lead quality assurance efforts with QNX as a Senior Software Developer in Test. Focus on automation, debugging, and software validation in a 12-month contract role. The QNX Power Management Test Team is searching for a detail-oriented expert to enhance automated testing frameworks. As a Senior Software Developer in Test, you'll tackle complex challenges and contribute to mission-critical software confidently. Your tasks include developing tests, debugging issues, and working alongside developers to ensure high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize automated test cases
- Debug and document test results precisely
- Generate detailed test reports based on findings
- Execute test suites on new software builds
- Maintain and configure test lab environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Proficiency in Python, C, and shell scripting
- Extensive experience with automated test frameworks
- Strong understanding of Linux and system debugging
- Experience in writing test plans and executing tests
