Retail Capability Business Analyst
Canadian-Tire-Corporation,-Ltd.-1
Support retail capability development at Canadian Tire Corporation through business analysis, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration. This position supports initial builds and continuous delivery sustainment.
As an Analyst, Retail Capability and Support, you will help translate stakeholder needs into product capabilities and actionable specifications. Your work spans process mapping, user stories, testing, and post-launch improvement. You will collaborate with UX, Tech, Data, vendors, and internal teams while supporting Agile activities and capability maturity tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders
- Map current and future process flows
- Translate requirements into specifications and user stories
- Support sprint planning, UAT, and go-live activities
- Monitor product performance and track incident resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field
- Two-plus years in business analysis or project coordination
- Understanding of Agile methodologies is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
