Medical Office Assistant – Pediatric Clinic (Full-Time, Monday–Friday)

We’re a modern, fast‑paced pediatric clinic with a large, supportive team, looking for a Medical Office Assistant who enjoys working independently while still feeling connected to those around them.

This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position.

What you’ll do

• Welcome and support patients and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and front desk coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Telus CHR EMR.
• Support clinic flow and communicate effectively with physicians and team members.

We’re looking for someone who

• Is confident working independently and taking initiative.
• Values being part of a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
• Communicates clearly and kindly with both families and colleagues.
• Brings a calm, organized presence to a fast‑paced clinic.
• Has experience in a medical office (pediatrics is an asset, not required).
