René-Lévesque Ouesttime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: R-156577### **Job Description**## AperçuLe gestionnaire en estimation aura le rôle de diriger l’élaboration des estimations d’effort (Level of Effort – LoE) et de conception en ingénierie sur des projets complexes. Assurer une planification des coûts précise, transparente et collaborative, alignée sur la portée du projet et la maturité de la conception. Ce rôle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des disciplines de conception afin de définir les hypothèses, établir les besoins en ressources et quantifier l’effort dans l’ensemble des disciplines.## ## Votre rôle* Diriger l’élaboration d’estimations complètes de l’effort (LoE) et des coûts de conception en ingénierie pour des projets complexes à toutes les phases de conception.* Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables des disciplines de conception pour définir la portée, valider les hypothèses et confirmer les besoins en ressources dans toutes les disciplines d’ingénierie.* Établir et maintenir des méthodologies d’estimation normalisées pour les services d’ingénierie, incluant les taux de productivité, les courbes de dotation et les analyses comparatives (benchmarking).* Préparer des estimations détaillées couvrant tous les éléments de coûts en ingénierie, notamment : Effort (LoE) par discipline, Gestion et supervision de l’ingénierie, Coordination de la conception, Services de tiers et consultants spécialisés, Déplacements, outils et autres dépenses liées à l’ingénierie.* Assurer l’alignement des estimations avec le niveau de maturité de la conception, la définition de la portée et les exigences de réalisation du projet.* Développer et documenter les bases d’estimation, les hypothèses, les inclusions, exclusions et les risques afin d’assurer la transparence et la traçabilité.* Mener des revues d’estimation et des sessions de remise en question avec les équipes internes et les responsables de discipline afin de valider l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité.* Collecter, analyser et maintenir des données historiques de coûts et des références de benchmarking afin de valider et de challenger les estimations détaillées (bottom-up), améliorant ainsi leur précision et leur fiabilité.* Intégrer les estimations d’ingénierie dans les modèles globaux de coûts de projet et les soumissions, en assurant la cohérence avec les coûts de construction et les coûts indirects.* Participer à l’identification des risques, à leur quantification et à l’élaboration des provisions (contingences) liées à la portée de l’ingénierie.* Analyser les données historiques de projets et les références afin d’améliorer continuellement la précision des estimations et la fiabilité des prévisions.* Soutenir les équipes de proposition et d’appel d’offres par des contributions techniques, des clarifications et des présentations liées aux coûts d’ingénierie.* Maintenir une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes des équipes d’estimation, d’ingénierie et de gestion de projet.## À propos de vous* Baccalauréat en ingénierie* Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est un requis\** 10 à 15+ années d’expérience progressive en ingénierie, en gestion de la conception ou en estimation pour des projets d’infrastructure majeurs ou complexes* Expérience démontrée dans l’élaboration des estimations d’effort (Level of Effort – LoE) et des coûts de conception en ingénierie* Solide compréhension des différents modèles de réalisation de projets (EPC, EPCM, CM, DB, alliances, soumissions en coentreprise – JV)* Titre professionnel tel que P.Eng / PE, CCP, AACE ou certification équivalente (un atout)* Solides compétences commerciales et financières, avec une compréhension approfondie des structures de coûts en ingénierie et en conception* Capacité à synthétiser des données complexes liées à l’effort (LoE) et aux coûts d’ingénierie en informations claires destinées à la haute direction* Excellentes compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et en collaboration avec les responsables de discipline de conception et les équipes de projet* Capacité à remettre en question la portée, les hypothèses et les plans de ressources avec discernement dans des environnements dynamiques et à rythme rapide*\** Ce poste requiert la connaissance d'une autre langue que le français, soit l'anglais, puisque vous serez membre d’une équipe de direction canadienne, mondiale ou régional## Rémunération & avantages sociauxDécouvrez la rémunération et les avantages sociaux qui vous accompagnent à chaque étape de votre vie et de votre carrière chez AtkinsRéalis au Canada.
