This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on field work, is mechanically inclined, comfortable towing trailers, and likes variety in their day-to-day work. Hours can vary depending on operational demands, and scheduled on-call weekends are part of the position.
Duties:
- Testing of PC Pumps (training provided).
- Pick up and delivery of PC Pumps and related products.
- Downhole PCP pump testing.
- Light mechanical work and parts rebuilding.
- In-shop product assembly.
- Basic shipping/receiving of product.
- Inventory management and tracking.
- Daily housekeeping duties.
- Participate in Safety and Quality programs.
- Support field operations and other MANTL locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract.
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using tools.
- Comfortable driving truck and trailer.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Willingness to travel outside home base area when needed.
Assets:
- Prior PCP experience.
- Oilfield experience.
- Experience towing trailers.
- Shipping/receiving or inventory experience.
Schedule:
- Typically Monday–Friday.
- Hours may vary depending on operational requirements.
- Scheduled on-call weekends are part of the role.

Compensation will be based on experience.
