Remote AI-Driven Contact Center Analyst
Caylent
Caylent is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead discovery for contact center modernization and translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories. You will own BRDs, traceability, and UAT facilitation while mentoring junior BAs and contributing reusable assets to Caylent's CXE practice.
You will drive discovery workshops, map legacy CC processes to Amazon Connect capabilities, and ensure clear requirements with testable acceptance criteria across complex CX programs.
