  • 5+ years in HR management or operations, with hands‑on compliance experience in the U.S. and/or Canada.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, I‑9/E‑Verify, and Canadian Employment Standards.
  • Proven ability to implement or optimize HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Data‑driven and comfortable with dashboards, reporting, and metrics.
  • Exceptional communicator who can coach teams and simplify complex regulations.

  • Certifications such as SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP, PHR/SPHR, CPHR, or CHRL.
  • Experience with OFCCP compliance, multi‑state or province environments, and cross‑border payroll and advantages.
  • Strong skills in HR data tools like Excel, Sheets, and BI dashboards.
  • Background in audits, pay equity reviews, or vendor negotiations.
