We're looking for an experienced Fund Development Manager to help write the next chapter of our story.

The Role:

You'll work alongside our CEO and an incredible team to grow the generosity that makes our programs possible.

You'll:

• Inspire major donors, foundations, and corporate partners to invest in our mission.
• Build authentic relationships that turn first-time supporters into lifelong champions.
• Lead our fundraising strategy, annual giving, grants, sponsorships, and stewardship.
• Help create memorable fundraising events that people can't wait to attend.
• Lead and mentor a talented Fund Development team while fostering a culture of philanthropy across the organization.
• Use data, creativity, and strategy to grow fundraising revenue year after year.

We’re Looking for Someone Who …

• Has 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience
• Has successfully secured major gifts and grants
• Loves building authentic relationships
• Thinks strategically but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Is an exceptional communicator and storyteller
• Enjoys leading and developing people
• Believes that inclusion isn't just something we do—it's who we are
• Bonus points if you hold a CFRE designation (or are working toward one!)
