Job Overview

Floor Clerk– Toxicology

As a Floor Clerk for our Toxicology team in Senneville , will be responsible to manage and clean the equipment required for the animals and the studies while following established procedures.

In this role, key responsibilities include: 

• Make a daily round for the collection of soiled material.
• Clean and inspect the equipment to ensure it is in good condition. Request repairs as needed.
• Report any problem or potential problems in the conduct of daily activities to the Supervisor or delegate.
• Show flexibility in regard to the nature of the work to respond to the needs of his/her group and all other groups within the division.

We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:

• Ability to manage time effectively;
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Being able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.)

Please note that upon being hired, you will have to undergo an annual tuberculosis test at the expense of the company.

• Location: 22022 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC, H9X 1C1 
• Transportation: We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station, John Abbott College and from the REM station of l’Anse à l’Orme to the Senneville site. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station 
• Pay: 18.50$/h
  • Evenings: $2.50;
  • Weekend: $2.75;
  • Overtime: Time and a half;
  • Holidays: Double time;
• Annual bonus based on performance
• Schedule: Full time, permanent position (37.5 hours/week), depending on the needs, you may have to do overtime.

About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance.
