Crypto Hedge Fund Operations Associate

Crypto operations and meticulous reconciliation define this hands-on Operations Associate role at hermeneutic research, supporting a fast-moving proprietary trading firm.Reporting to the COO team, you will manage digital asset operations, trade lifecycle workflows, and middle and back office processes. The work spans custody, settlements, margin tracking, reconciliations, and operational reporting. You will collaborate with trading, technology, and compliance teams.Key Responsibilities:
Execute wallet workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody solutionsMonitor staking, bridging, and smart contract interactionsManage trade capture, margin tracking, settlements, and reconciliationMaintain dashboards, reporting, and procedure documentationCoordinate compliance procedures, vendors, and operational improvementsRequirements:
Five to seven years in hedge fund or trading operationsDirect digital asset custody, settlement, or DeFi experience preferredMeticulous attention to detail across operational dataStructured thinking across multiple shifting workstreamsBachelor's degree;
finance, technical, or business education preferredBring digital asset operations, reconciliation, and cross-functional communication skills to hermeneutic research's crypto-native trading environment.
