Strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics define this fully remote HR Business Partner position with a global scope. Influence talent strategy across departments from anywhere.This experienced HR Business Partner aligns talent strategy with long-term business objectives. The work includes forecasting talent needs, identifying skill gaps, and developing strategies for acquisition, development, and retention. You will collaborate with senior leaders and Learning & Development teams.Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business goalsConduct analytics, forecasting, and modeling for talent needsCreate strategies for acquisition, mobility, and succession planningAdvise leaders on organizational design and change managementPresent workforce recommendations to senior managementRequirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum eight years of progressive HR experienceSignificant strategic workforce planning or talent management experienceProficiency in HR analytics tools and HRIS systemsExperience influencing senior stakeholders through communication and presentationsApply workforce analytics, strategic planning, and talent management expertise as a fully remote HR Business Partner.
