Job Responsibility:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team on a part time basis - starting date in August. Tasks include calling and scheduling patients, checking patients in and out, frame selection, adjusting glasses, doing visual field tests, processing incoming medical reports and various other administrative tasks.
Qualifications: excellent interpersonal skills, team oriented, attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Experience would be nice but is not required, training will be provided.
The position is permanent, for 2 days a week with the ability/willingness to fill in when other staff need to take some days off. Hours are generally from 8:30-9:00 to 16:30-17:00, Monday to Friday. No evening hours or weekend hours.
