Student Software Developer Internship

Embark on a Software Developer Internship at Canada Life to enhance your skills from September to December. This temporary full-time student position is for those registered in a Canadian post-secondary institution. While Co-op students receive preference, all eager candidates are encouraged to apply. You will directly contribute to the design and development of applications, gaining hands-on experience within a vibrant technology environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within agile teams to maintain and enhance software
• Participate in the full software lifecycle, including testing and deployment
• Address application issues and support root cause analysis
• Engage with developers, analysts, and business partners
• Utilize version control and issue-tracking tools in daily tasks

Requirements:

• Current student in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
