As VP Finance & Controller, you will oversee Wabi’s fullfinancial function, lead the accounting team, and partner closely withoperations, engineering, lenders, and government funding bodies.You will ensure financial discipline, drive decision-makingthrough strong analytics, and help execute the multi-phase Foundry ’29modernization program.Key Responsibilities
Leadand oversee all accounting functions, including AR/AP, payroll, generalledger, and month-end closeProduceaccurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internaland external stakeholdersManagebudgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and detailed variance analysisEvaluateand support major CapEx projects, government-funded initiatives, andmulti-stage capital planningEnhanceinternal controls and ensure full GAAP complianceLiaisewith lenders, auditors, government funding partners, tax advisors, andother external partiesMentorand develop accounting and finance staff as the business continues toscalePartnerwith operations to optimize cost accounting, inventory management, andproduction-driven financial performanceProvidefinancial insights to guide automation, modernization, and operationalimprovementsQualifications
CPAdesignation requiredMinimum5 years of finance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrialenvironmentStrongknowledge of cost accounting, capital project accounting, and ERP systemsDemonstratedability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionallyExcellentanalytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbilityto thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, project-driven environmentWhat We Offer
