Lead Automatic Door Technician at Flynn

Drive your career as an Automatic Door Technician Foreman with Flynn Group. Leverage your AAADM certification and 5+ years of experience in automatic door systems to lead a talented team. As a Foreman, you'll ensure quality installations and maintenance of door systems. Working with manual and automatic doors, you'll be responsible for training junior crew members and overseeing service operations. You will also maintain strong customer relations and manage your service vehicle and inventory effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service automatic door entrance systems safely
- Maintain records of work performed and parts used
- Keep the service vehicle and maintenance tools in top shape
- Manage parts inventory for efficient service delivery
- Train junior technicians in installation and servicing
- AAADM certification in swing and sliding door systems
- 5+ years of experience with automatic door systems
- Glazing experience is essential
- Strong communication skills for customer relations
- Proven ability to lead and instruct team members
