LMS Administration Analyst Calgary Hybrid Role

  • Administer LMS while ensuring user security roles
  • Create and implement analytics dashboards in Power BI
  • Develop process documentation including job aids
  • Conduct compliance and quality data reporting
  • Provide ongoing user support and stakeholder communications
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of LMS Administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with ticketing solutions like ServiceNow
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
