- Deliver quality medical care to patients in the community
- Work alongside two established physicians at the clinic

- Engage in clinic operations and patient care continuity
- Consider future practice takeover opportunities
- Valid licensure with the College of Physicians of BC
- Commitment to rural health and community service
- Readiness for part-time work and practice expansion
- Focus on ongoing education and patient engagement
- Prior experience in Family Medicine preferred
