Become a Family Physician at the Primary Care Centre in Lillooet, BC. This 0.4 FTE role offers an opportunity to provide culturally safe care blending Western and traditional practices. As a Family Physician, you will serve as the primary provider for a client panel within a community-focused environment. You are expected to manage a minimum of 650 patients by the third year, ensuring holistic care with cultural humility. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and travel to different sites every Friday to deliver healthcare services directly to First Nations communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care using a whole-person model
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team
- Travel to various sites for community appointments
- Active license with the College of Physicians of BC
- Training in Cultural Safety & Humility desired
- Experience with First Nations communities is a plus
- Valid driving license and travel willingness
