Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

Shape Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud architecture through enterprise consulting, assessment, and technical delivery expertise.
This Salesforce Consultant role requires more than 10 years of consulting, platform architecture, or technical delivery experience. You will assess Salesforce environments, validate incomplete information, and develop evidence-based recommendations for enterprise stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, data modeling, and integrations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Salesforce architecture and platform capability assessments
- Review technical debt, governance, and platform maturity
- Evaluate licensing, consumption, and cost optimization opportunities
- Assess data flows, APIs, middleware, and org design
- Translate technical findings into executive recommendations
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Salesforce consulting, architecture, or technical delivery
- 3+ years supporting large enterprise environments
- Hands-on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud expertise
- Knowledge of Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud architectures
- Relevant Salesforce certifications and executive communication skills
