Pharmacy Manager Role with Loblaw

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Operations, you will lead your team in delivering exceptional care, manage medication inventories, and utilize effective public relations to educate the community about health practices. Your leadership will be essential to operational success and financial accountability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, hire, and guide pharmacy staff
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately and timely
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet patient demands
  • Provide educational outreach through public health initiatives
  • Engage with patients to resolve issues and needs promptly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is essential
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a retail pharmacy
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and mentor pharmacy staff
  • Knowledge of Healthwatch or KROLL systems an asset
