Long-Term Nanny Wanted for Wonderful 2-Year-Old Boy

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and caring nanny for a permanent, long-term position with our 2-year-old son. He is an exceptionally curious, expressive, and observant little boy who loves to learn, communicate, interact, and imitate the things he sees around him. He is very social, affectionate, playful, and eager to participate in new activities. He enjoys engaging with adults, responds very well to attention and encouragement, and has a charming and fun personality that makes spending time with him genuinely enjoyable. We are especially interested in finding someone who enjoys actively engaging with young children—not simply supervising them. Reading, talking, playing, teaching new words and concepts, exploring, doing creative activities, and helping him continue developing his communication, independence, confidence, and social skills would all be an important part of the role. We are a family currently building both a new home and a new business, and we will soon be located west of Saint-Eustache, within convenient reach of western Laval and the surrounding North Shore area. Ideally, this would be someone interested in a stable, long-term role with our family—a caring, reliable person who genuinely enjoys working with children and takes an interest in their development. We hope our son can build a strong, lasting bond with someone he knows, trusts, and enjoys spending time with as he grows. The average hours would be around 20 per week mostly evenings (5 to 8 or 9pm) and some week-ends.
