Truck Driver PPG Roadlines Inc. Location 9605 48 Street SE Calgary, AB Salary 36.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week Full time Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience Will train Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions Address customers' complaints or concerns Professionalism in customer service Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy Load and unload goods Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Pay and receive payments for goods Perform emergency roadside repairs Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Perform preventive maintenance Receive and relay information to central dispatch Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo Transport and handle dangerous goods Additional information Personal suitability Judgement Organized Reliability Team player Patience Until: 2026-06-05
