- Établir des procédures d'exploitation
- Sélectionner et acheter l'équipement et les fournitures
- Planifier et coordonner les activités des surveillants des services d'entretien ménager et de leurs employés
- Coordonner l'inspection des aires désignés
- Superviser le personnel
- Assurer que le respect des normes de sécurité et des politiques de l'établissement soient respectées
- Superviser les services d'entretien et de réparation
- Coordonner les services d'entretien et de réparation
- Procéder à l'évaluation et à l'appréciation du rendement
- Gérer les stocks de fournitures, de matériel et d'uniformes
- Coordonner les services internes de blanchisserie
- Établir l'horaire du personnel d'entretien ménager et lui attribuer des fonctions
- Veiller au respect des règlements locaux en matière de santé et d'hygiène
- Donner suite aux plaintes formulées par les invités
