Lead ethical resolutions as the Complaints Director, ensuring policy compliance and public trust within the Association. Oversee the entire complaints process while safeguarding confidentiality. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll manage the Complaints Resolution Process under Article X regulations. Your expertise will be vital in assessing member complaints, engaging with the Ethics Committee, and implementing actions to uphold integrity. This position is designed for a leader committed to maintaining public confidence and adherence to By-laws. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete Complaints Resolution Process
• Assess member complaints and associated risks
• Prepare materials for the Ethics Committee's review
• Mediate resolutions between complainants and staff
• Ensure confidentiality in all record-keeping Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Experience in managing complaints processes
• Political and organizational understanding
• Knowledge of ethics in health professions
• Ability to lead diverse groups in sensitive situations Support ethical standards and lead impactful change as the Complaints Director.
