Collaboration with inter-professional teams is crucial to advancing best practices and evidence-based nursing. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored educational programs
- Assess nursing staff learning needs and styles
- Deliver evidence-based education and feedback
- Collaborate on corporate nursing initiatives
- Participate in research and quality improvement projects
- Registered Nurse with Ontario College of Nurses
- Master's degree in nursing or education
- Minimum of 2 years in adult education role
- Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
