Sales Representative (Inside &Outside) – Internet & Home Services | $75K+ Earning Potential

Pay: $40,000 base salary plus performance-based commission ($75,000+ earning potential)

You will be responsible for promoting and selling essential home connectivity services, including:

• High-Speed Internet
• Fibre Internet
• Fixed Wireless Internet
• IPTV (Television Services)
• VoIP Home Phone Services

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inside sales (phone, email, and online outreach) and outside sales efforts.
• Conduct door-to-door sales within assigned territories to acquire new customers.
• Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and local festivals.
• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Deliver clear, compelling, and customized sales presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Identify customer needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status.
• Plan and manage daily schedules balancing office and fieldwork.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
• Stay informed on products, pricing, promotions, and competitors.

Work Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible schedule required, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends for door-to-door sales and events.

Compensation & Benefits

$75,000+ Earning Potential

• Competitive base salary of $40,000 per year
• Performance-based commission structure
• On-target earnings of $60,000–$75,000+ annually
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn well above $75,000
• Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Police clearance (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply and will be considered an asset.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging customers door-to-door.
• Proficient with computers, email, and CRM systems.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
