Job Ad: Exterior Trim & Siding Installer

Company: Cobuilder Exteriors

Location: Koocanusa Village and surrounding area

Pay: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience)

Type: Full-Time (10–12 hour days, Mon–Fri

We are a detail-oriented team working on high-end homes. Join us as an Exterior Trim & Siding Installer .

Responsibilities:

• Painting and installing trim

• Installing drips, reverse drips, and base flashings

• Installing fibre cement siding, metal siding, metal soffit, and board-and-batten

• Installing smart panels on beams/posts

• Installing house wrap

Requirements:

• Proficient with tape measure

• Able to use hand and power tools

• Able to lift 50 lbs

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather

Ideal Candidate:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Detail-oriented with common sense

• Team player who can work independently

• Willing to learn and maintain a steady pace
