We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help take our digital marketing to the next level. If you love learning new tools, testing new ideas and seeing the results in real time, you'll fit right in.
You'll work closely with our marketing team and report directly to the National Marketing Manager.

What You'll Be Up To
Digital Content & Execution
- Develop and manage the National Digital Content Calendar across CRM (SMS & Email), Organic & Paid Social (Meta, UGC, Influencer), Paid Search (Google Ads), Website and Blog Content.
- Build and improve audience segmentation and targeting through personalization strategies to boost customer loyalty and re-engagement.
- Optimize website, blog and CRM strategies to drive engagement, increase conversions, grow the CRM database and boost social and web traffic.
- Monitor competitor trends and market shifts using platforms like SEMrush to help refine digital strategies.
- Work with the Creative Lead to develop fresh, engaging content that highlights the features and benefits of being a Tommy Gun's Guest.
- Stay up to date on emerging digital marketing trends, tools and technologies.
Performance Analysis & Campaign Optimization
- Provide pre- and post-campaign reports, along with monthly marketing performance analysis, to help refine future strategies.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics across Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Shopify and internal reporting tools.
- Oversee campaign-specific budgets and track ROI/ROAS.
- Compare online performance with in-shop sales to identify what's working and where we can improve.
- Explore AI and automation tools that can improve efficiency and performance.
Campaign, SEO & Website Support
- Partner with the National Brand Manager to execute national campaigns that drive awareness, education and traffic to targeted shops.
- Maximize Uberall for SEO improvements and online reputation management with our SEO consultant.
- Work with the Creative Lead and Design team to manage and coordinate website and GFT updates across Canada, the U.S. and Franchise Development.
Agency Collaboration & Management
- Support the National Marketing Manager with agency partners and ongoing projects.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be our go-to for digital marketing support. We're looking for someone with:
- 2–5 years of marketing experience, with at least a year in the digital space
- Hands-on experience running CRM campaigns (SMS and email), with strong working knowledge of Klaviyo
- Experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, including budget tracking and ROI/ROAS reporting
- Confidence with Google Analytics, Shopify and SEO tools such as SEMrush, plus a solid grasp of local SEO and online reputation management. Uberall experience is a bonus.
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to pull insights from multiple platforms, connect online performance to in-shop results and turn the numbers into clear recommendations
- Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with creative teams
