Director, Mental Health Services Leadership

Take the lead as Director of Mental Health Services at Prairie Mountain Health, steering vital programs and improving community health outcomes. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to mental health excellence. You will be accountable for developing, implementing, and evaluating mental health services throughout Prairie Mountain Health. Your experience in health care settings, along with your engagement with community health partners, is crucial for fostering relationships that support mental well-being. A strategic mindset will guide your oversight of services for adults, adolescents, and those in crisis. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administration of diverse mental health programs
• Develop key policies for service delivery
• Manage human resources and budgets efficiently
• Promote positive public relations within the health community
• Uphold safety, effectiveness, and access in mental health services

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a health care environment
• Active provincial licensure in Manitoba
• Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft programs
