Server

Position Summary
The Server is responsible for delivering a positive guest experience through attentive, professional food and
beverage service. This role represents the Restaurant to guests and plays a key role in maintaining service
standards, teamwork, and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide accurate information on menu items and features
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly

Food & Beverage Service

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards
• Sell and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing requirements
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to concerns appropriately

Payment & Service Flow

• Handle customer payments accurately and responsibly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

Teamwork & Standards

• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members
• Adhere to service, conduct, and appearance standards
• Participate in tip-out and gratuity procedures as outlined in policy

Certifications

• ProServe certification required where applicable
• Food Handling Certification may be required

Working Conditions

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Carrying trays and service items
• Fast-paced, customer-facing environment
