Are you a seasoned cook or chef seeking a low-stress, morning/afternoon role? Salt Spring Coffee Café and Kitchen is looking for a passionate and experienced cook to join our team.
Our breakfast cook position offers working hours from 5 or 6 AM through 1:30-2:30 PM offering you the perfect schedule to enjoy your afternoons and evenings free.
If you’re tired of the high-pressure, late-night kitchen shifts and want to work in a healthy supported environment, this is the job for you!
You’ll be joining a fun and dedicated team that collaborates seamlessly to create delicious meals, all while keeping things light-hearted and enjoyable.
We offer competitive pay at $20/hour, for experienced cooks with tips ranging from $5-$8 an hour. Plus, we believe in rewarding our team—enjoy a free pound of coffee for every 40 hours worked, free drinks while on shift, and discounts on food and drinks both on and off the clock.
