Shopper Marketing Manager Scale Activations

Drive shopper marketing through scale activations at Mondelēz International, using customer insights, ROI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across Ontario or Quebec.

As Associate Manager, Scale Activations & Shopper Marketing, you will support programs for customers and shoppers across designated banners. The work combines annual planning, omni activation development, budget coordination, and performance evaluation. You will collaborate with Key Account Managers, Brand Marketing, Finance, Design, agencies, vendors, and Customer marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shopper marketing initiatives across specific customer business teams
• Own portfolios for Loblaws and Sobeys banners
• Coordinate multi-million-dollar budgets across shopper, trade, and brand spending
• Develop annual plans using insights, strategy, and ROI analysis
• Manage creative activations from briefing through approvals and execution

Requirements:

• Marketing experience, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods
• Understanding of Mondelēz brands, business, and consumers
• Analytical skills balanced with creative and commercial acumen
• Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results autonomously
• Project management, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills
