Our menu, continuously developed by our Executive Chef, features globally inspired flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Both our culinary and front of house staff members are made of people who work to make memorable experiences for our guests, from handcrafted dishes to flawless table service, focused on excellence in every detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
- Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
- Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
- Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
Key Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills
- Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
- Committed to continuous improvement
- Energetic and positive
- Previous culinary leadership experience considered an asset
