Remote Bilingual Nursing Supervisor Role

Become a key leader at Sentrex Health Solutions as a Remote Bilingual Nursing Supervisor. Oversee patient support programs while guiding a dedicated nursing team to excel in service delivery. - Implement contact center strategies for nurse case managers
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching
- Analyze contact center data to improve operations
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Participate in client meetings and internal collaborations
- University Degree in Nursing preferred
- Bilingualism in English and French required
- 1-3 years supervisory experience needed
- Experience in contact center or pharmaceutical industry
- Intermediate MS Suite knowledge
