- Oversee design and planning processes for water infrastructures
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering
- Minimum of 10 years in water resources engineering
- Proficient with modeling software like HEC-RAS and PCSWMM
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Eligible for a professional engineering license
