Responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements.
- Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
