Solution Design & Standards Contribution

• Produce solution designs and implementation plans for moderate to high‑complexity changes and projects

• Contribute to the development and refinement of infrastructure standards and reference designs

Change Execution & Delivery Leadership

• Lead infrastructure changes with appropriate risk assessment, testing, and documentation
• Act as technical lead on infrastructure‑heavy projects
• Coordinate closely with NOC, Security, M365, and Project teams to ensure clean delivery and handoff

Mentorship & Technical Leadership

• Mentor Network / Infrastructure Administrators
• Provide guidance on troubleshooting approaches, design considerations, and best practices
• Raise quality and consistency across delivery of infrastructure and networking projects
