Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Plooto

Elevate Plooto's market presence as Vice President of Commercial Growth. Your mission is to develop scalable distribution channels through accountants and strategic partnerships to enhance customer expansion. As a senior role, you will drive Plooto’s commercial strategy within a high-volume SMB market. Your responsibilities include building relationships with accounting firms, strengthening direct sales, and implementing a repeatable distribution model. This role requires a builder’s mindset, with a strong focus on execution and operational discipline to lead a robust sales organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Build a repeatable accountant distribution model
- Transform institutional relationships into customer adoption
- Define commercial strategy across multiple channels
- Develop Sales and Business Partnerships teams
- Raise sales execution standards with accountability
- Senior commercial leadership in tech for SMBs
- Experience creating scalable distribution channels
- Strong judgment in low-ACV, high-volume economics
- Proven sales leadership and forecasting skills
- Knowledge of Canadian market dynamics
