Education:

Graduation with a three (3) year undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in information development indicating expertise in the field of technical communication. Experience using document management systems such as SharePoint Online. Experience using a Component Content Management System (CCMS). Experience authoring in XML with an understanding of cascading style sheets (CSS). Experience editing HTML markup. Knowledge:

Knowledge on creating and delivering high quality, on-time technical documentation. Knowledge on creating and maintaining MS Word styles and templates. Knowledge on Information development methodologies and standards. Knowledge on Structured writing for re-use. Knowledge on the Fundamentals of Project management. Abilities:

Support senior colleagues to implement stakeholder requirements and suggest opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements. Strong research skills including gathering and organizing information from multiple sources. Convert complex technical information into plain language. Recognize information patterns and organize ideas. Manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Work with minimal supervision both in a team and independently. Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Personal Suitability:

Analyzes complex information, exercises sound judgment, and delivers accurate, high-quality work aligned with standards and requirements.
