Hopper recherche un(e) Designer de produit sénior pour rejoindre son équipe Fintech en pleine expansion. Il s'agit d'une opportunité rare de contribuer à la mise à l'échelle de nos produits fintech (qui connaissent un succès phénoménal) vers de nouveaux canaux de vente, tout en innovant par la création de nouveaux produits répondant aux besoins des voyageurs.

Au sein de l'équipe de design, vous travaillerez aux côtés des parties prenantes du produit, de l'ingénierie et des affaires pour créer des solutions élégantes et centrées sur l'utilisateur. Ce rôle exige une personne capable de s'épanouir dans l'ambiguïté, d'agir rapidement sans sacrifier la qualité, et de jongler avec plusieurs priorités tout en gardant l'expérience client au cœur de chaque décision.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

• Conception d'expériences Web de bout en bout : Gérer l'intégralité du processus, de la conception initiale jusqu'au lancement.

• Recherche et validation : Mener des entrevues clients et des tests d'utilisabilité, puis exploiter les données qualitatives et quantitatives (suivi du comportement, analyse de métriques et tests A/B) pour valider et itérer les designs.

• Collaboration multi-équipes : Définir les problèmes et explorer les solutions avec les équipes produit, technique et commerciale.

• Simplification de la complexité : Créer des interfaces simples et logiques qui rendent les flux de travail complexes intuitifs.

• Arbitrage stratégique : Équilibrer les besoins des utilisateurs avec les objectifs d'affaires et les contraintes techniques; faire des compromis intelligents entre vitesse, apprentissage et priorités concurrentes.

• Présentation et influence : Diriger les revues de design avec les partenaires externes et argumenter solidement vos décisions de conception.

Le candidat idéal possède :

• Expertise en design : Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans la conception de produits numériques modernes, avec un portfolio solide démontrant un processus complet de design Web.

• Expérience "0 à 1" : Un historique éprouvé dans la conception de nouvelles expériences, du concept au lancement.

• Collaboration agile : Une capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les développeurs, à articuler votre raisonnement de design et à évaluer la faisabilité technique pour simplifier les solutions au besoin.

• Culture de la donnée : Un jugement sûr basé sur la recherche, les tests et les métriques; une aisance à prioriser sans attendre une certitude absolue.

• Esprit entrepreneurial : Une attitude débrouillarde et passionnée par la résolution de problèmes réels, sans ego lorsqu'il s'agit de se tromper ou de changer de direction.

• Bonus : Expérience avec les outils d'IA (Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor) pour le prototypage rapide.

  About the job

  We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our rapidly scaling Fintech team. This is a rare opportunity to help scale our incredibly successful fintech products across new sales channels, and innovate by creating new products that solve other customer problems.

  You'll be on the design team working alongside product, engineering, and business stakeholders to create elegant, user-centric solutions that solve real problems. This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, move quickly without sacrificing quality, and balance multiple priorities while keeping the customer experience at the center of every decision.

  What would your day-to-day look like

  • Design end-to-end web experiences, owning the full process from concept through launch

  • Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, then leverage both qualitative feedback and quantitative data—tracking customer behavior, analyzing metrics, and running experiments—to validate and iterate on designs

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features

  • Create simple, logical experiences that make complex workflows feel effortless

  • Balance customer needs with business goals and technical constraints

  • Make smart tradeoffs between speed, learning, and competing priorities

  • Lead design reviews with external partners and build strong cases for design decisions

  An ideal candidate has

  • 3+ years designing modern digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end web design work and process

  • Proven track record designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch

  • Collaborates effectively with product and engineering teams in agile settings, clearly articulating design rationale and assessing technical feasibility to simplify where needed

  • Shows strong judgment making data-driven decisions grounded in research, testing, and metrics—comfortable prioritizing and making tradeoffs without waiting for absolute certainty

  • Thrives as part of a founding team—scrappy, resourceful, passionate about solving real customer problems, and has no ego when it comes to being wrong or changing direction
