Greenhouse Labourer Water view Farms Inc. Location Vineland Station, ON Salary 17.60 hourly / 40 to 60 hours per week Full time Morning, Day, Flexible hours, To be determined Starts as early as 2026-09-08 Languages English Education No degree, certificate or diploma Experience Will train Work must be completed at the physical Location. Work site environment Floriculture production Outdoors Wet/damp Hot Cold/refrigerated Harvest crops All weather conditions Work setting Rural area Various Locations Responsibilities: Clean the crops Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas Cut horticultural crops Deleaf agricultural crops to accelerate ripening Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots Greenhouse cleaning Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions Tie and secure plants Weeding Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants Mix and prepare soils Pot and re-pot plants Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens Clean work area Experience and specialization Type of product Seasonal plants Additional information Transportation/travel information Own transportation Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Repetitive Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Standing for extended periods Bending, crouching, kneeling Attention to detail Weight handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Own tools/equipment Steel-toed safety boots Gloves Personal suitability Reliability Until: 2026-05-29
