Clinic Technician

Position Overview

Cowichan Eyecare is looking for a Clinic Technician to join our clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in eye care.

You’ll play an important part in the patient experience, supporting both the clinical team and front-end flow of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guide them through their visit
• Collect case histories and prepare patients for exams
• Perform pre-testing and assist with diagnostic equipment
• Administer eye drops and explain procedures
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain equipment
• Help manage patient flow between reception and clinical areas
• Support contact lens training and follow-ups
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date
