Parents returning to work, help wanted for 1 year old baby girl

My husband and I are looking for a reliable and caring nanny/family helper for a long-term position a few afternoons/early evenings per week. I will be returning to work in August after maternity leave, and we are hoping to find someone who can help support our family through this new chapter. Our daughter Florence will be turning 1 year old in August. We live in NDG, in the Monkland Village area, close to Benny library. The role would include: Daycare pick-up (25-minute walk or 5-minute drive) Spending time with our baby after daycare, reading books, playing games, etc. Feeding and/or bathing. Simple meal prep/cooking for the kid and the family. Light household help (tidying, laundry, keeping common areas organized) We are both working professionals and are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and enjoys helping create a calm and organized home environment. We are looking for someone who: Has experience with babies/young children Is trustworthy, kind, and communicative Speaks French or English perfectly (Mandarin is also a plus)** - Our daughter is already exposed to three languages so this is very important to us.
