Location: Hendriks Greenhouses, Beamsville, ON Position: Full-Time, Hourly with Benefits Starting Pay: $20 per hour

Job Overview
Do you have strong leadership skills and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly? As the Shipping Department Line Lead, you'll be the go-to person for leading our boxing line making sure orders are accurate, products meet high-quality standards, and production goals are smashed every day. You'll report directly to the Shipping Supervisor and requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and lead the boxing line team to achieve production and quality goals
- Ensure every order is packed right no shortcuts, just quality and accuracy
- Monitor product quality throughout the packing and shipping process
- Train, support, and motivate your team to perform their best
- Work closely with the Shipping Supervisor and other departments to solve issues fast
- Keep an eye on inventory and equipment, reporting what's needed to keep things running
- Promote a safe and positive work environment every shift
- Take on additional duties as needed to keep the department running efficiently
What You Bring
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in shipping, boxing, or packing (preferred but not required if you're eager to learn)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfort working in temperature-varied shipping environments
- CSA Approved Steel-Toe Safety Shoes
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Forklift or tow motor experience is a bonus
