Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely on-site crisis management services
• Facilitate individual and group interventions
• Document all interactions according to guidelines
• Collaborate closely with CMS Managers during service delivery
• Offer consultation to corporate clients regarding crises

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar
• Minimum two years of workplace crisis management experience
• Specialized training in trauma response
• Registered with a relevant clinical body
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English appreciated
