This role involves delivering comprehensive crisis management services, including individual and group debriefings, and maintaining documentation as per Homewood Health protocols. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely on-site crisis management services
- Facilitate individual and group interventions
- Document all interactions according to guidelines
- Collaborate closely with CMS Managers during service delivery
- Offer consultation to corporate clients regarding crises
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar
- Minimum two years of workplace crisis management experience
- Specialized training in trauma response
- Registered with a relevant clinical body
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English appreciated
