- Bachelors or Professional Degree in Law
- 5-10 years of legal experience, preferably with multi-jurisdictional operations
- Member in good standing with Law Society/Bar
- Strong corporate/commercial law background
- Knowledge in employment law and regulatory compliance is a plus
