Senior Full-Stack Engineer for Workday AI

Join Workday as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, leading the design of cutting-edge AI agents for HR and Finance. This hybrid position emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and leadership.
Workday’s AI Agent Engineering team is seeking an experienced engineer to shape the future of HR and Finance with AI technologies. With over 12 years in the field, your insights and technical leadership will be key to creating scalable AI solutions. You’ll work closely with diverse teams, mentor peers, and take complete ownership from development to deployment of products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build AI agents integrated into HR and Financial systems
• Cultivate a culture of growth and engineering excellence
• Drive onboarding and knowledge transfer initiatives
• Oversee development processes and manage deployments
Requirements:
• 12+ years of software engineering experience
• 7+ years with web frameworks, Python preferred
• 5+ years experience in React and TypeScript
• 8+ years with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS
