  • Lead, supervise, schedule, and support plant employees, including timekeeping, performance management, training, and development.
  • Coordinate and participate in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, environmental requirements, and regulatory obligations, including documentation, inspections, and training.
  • Conduct safety meetings, investigations, and site orientations while promoting a strong safety culture across the operation.
  • Maintain accurate production, maintenance, safety, environmental, and operational records and reports.
  • Support other plant operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in asphalt production, paving operations, or a related asphalt industry role.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver abstract and the ability and willingness to tavel extensively in support of operations.
  • Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience is preferred.
